Today was another difficult day. We think we will be able to put a map together for people to use on the Camino. This map will contain every bench, short wall suitable for sitting upon, and large stones that also serve as places for people to sit down. I think I have sat on most all of them. We did learn, painfully, that one must be careful of thorny branches that extend over some of the rocks. We walked another 11 1/2 miles today and it wasn’t easy. But eventually, we made it to Padron and then began a frustrating search for our lodging for tonight. It took a while but we eventually were successful. Part of the best parts of the day is the time when we reach our lodging and can finally take our shoes off and put our feet up.
